A bit about Jen

My name is Jen - a South African-born astrologer, Reiki healer, and life coach based in Manly, Sydney.

My Story

As a child, I would often be hit by this feeling, which I called the overwhelming sense of the universe—that feeling you get when you try to wrap your head around why we’re here, what it all means, and what’s the point of everything. You know the one? Even as a kid, I felt like there was so much more to know, and somehow, part of that wisdom was already inside me, just buried, waiting to be found.

Like many of us, I’ve faced my share of challenges, but one of the biggest turning points came when I was diagnosed with cancer at age 30. That experience—both confronting and transformative—pushed me into deep self-reflection, healing, and a true quest to understand myself and my place in the world. It cracked me open in ways I never expected and sparked an ongoing journey toward meaning, purpose, and connection that I’m so grateful for.

Today, I still carry that curious little girl inside me—always asking questions, always seeking deeper understanding. But what I’ve discovered along the way is that when we stop looking for answers out there and start turning inward, things begin to shift. Healing happens. We uncover parts of ourselves we’d forgotten. And those big, existential questions? They start to feel a bit less overwhelming and a lot more like an invitation to live with greater purpose, joy, and clarity.

That’s what my work is all about—creating a safe, supportive space for others to explore, heal, and reconnect with themselves, just as I’ve learned (and am still learning!) to do.
