
Reiki Healing
Reiki is an ancient healing practice that works with the body, mind, and spirit to activate your natural healing abilities. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese words Rei (Universal) and Ki (Life Energy).
In each session, universal energy flows to where it needs to go, helping to balance your energy and chakras. Jen weaves intuition into every treatment, creating space for your body to release stored emotions and unlock insights, sometimes receiving messages from ancestors and guides or glimpses of past and future experiences.
Alongside energy work, we’ll explore where your energy feels depleted or out of balance and look at simple, practical ways to bring clarity, calm, and a deeper sense of grounding into your everyday life.

60-minute intuitive reiki session to calm the mind, body & spirit. Together, we will tap into your energetic centres and navigate any blockages.

90 Minute Session
90-minute intuitive reiki session to drop a little deeper and tune into your body’s wisdom. Includes meditation, intuitive guidance & time to discuss core themes.
